We can Serve notices under The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 and under Common Law. We can also supply teams of Bailiffs to supervise the possession and tow trucks to remove the vehicles. Our procedure is much quicker and cheaper than going for a Court Order.

Forfeiture of Lease
In most commercial leases, the landlord has the right to terminate a lease without going to courts provided that the rent arrears still exist after a certain period specified in the lease. Where there is a need to take back your property we can do Possessions anywhere in the UK for a fixed fee including Locksmith at very short notice.

Council Tax & NNDR
We provide Local Authorities with a quality best value solution to Local Taxation arrears being firm but fair. Each Liability Order will be treated as a unique case not a number. We work to a pre-determined plan with Local Authorities to maximise results. All Certificated Bailiffs are controlled by our Management team and our progress is monitored by bespoke software systems.

Fines & Arrest Warrants
Fully trained Certificated Enforcement Officers to execute Liability Orders and Arrest Warrants. All arrests, from initial bail to committal to prison, are carried out by fully experienced warrant officers who work closely with the police and within P.A.C.E. guidelines.
